That armor definitely didnt need a nerf. I've not seen anyone use it successfully in PVP, even when being followed by 3 zombies exploiting the armor and weapon bug. That being said this is a nerf to follower armor not agility weapon damage armor. There's still plenty of sets that provide that 6% (8% with a Shieldwright) agility weapon damage.
