I doubt it will be possible until later into Shadowlands, when you will have 250+ ilvl gear, but of course I didnt test it. Because it is so difficult to avoid getting 10 stacks, I assume this one is a dps race. Edit: Mythic took 50 seconds to get to first Infested Mind cast.
