Lol I got one. My wife applied for an extension of her H4 visa to match my extended H1B visa (I reclaimed some time of the states). They took so absurdly long that even when my H1B visa had already expired for 3-4 months (i.e. her H4 too), they still sent her a biometric appointment letter (which we still attended) and later the approval notice for the extension to a date in the past..
