Litter robot 3 won't turn on.

Out little robot has a continuous yellow /amber cycling light and the control panel is totally unresponsive. Things we have tried: Cleaning the pinch sensors Checking the spring sensor Powering off and on (via plug as power button not responsive) Checking for control panel lockout Checked back clips are in Checked globe is locked at the back.The waste drawer shows 40% full. To further troubleshoot, I performed multiple clean cycles, multiple resets, pulled power cord, took it completely apart and vacuumed everything. Still, no matter what it won’t show a zero percent empty. One cat used the LR4 once and then it went to 70% full.Hi, I have a litter robot 3 in beige that is still under warranty. If we are home it isn’t a huge deal to reset everything but if we aren’t home it won’t cycle after 2 rounds of notifications. The drawer clearly isn’t “full”.

Re-connecting Litter-Robot 3. Perform a hard reset on your Litter-Robot. Unplug the unit from the back of the base. Wait 1 minute. Plug it back in and allow it to cycle. If the unit is still Offline in the app, proceed to the next step. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Whisker app.
